Mint Denistry Terrell was amazing. The team was able to easily navigate and schedule me for a cleaning and my wife for a cleaning and filling. Everyone was professional and friendly and skilled. My wife was concerned about the process of getting fillings. She thought she would be there for hours and in some discomfort. It was quite the opposite. Fast, smooth and easy. As a matter of fact, I could hear her laughing as I was stationed in the adjoining room. Also, you can't beat the pricing!! More

The hygienist, Victoria is absolutely amazing! She is so sweet, personable, and gives you the best after dentist clean you could ask for. Only downside is Dr. Coco is no longer at this location and my appointment changed on me while I was there having me wait longer than usual. More

They even helped calm my baby while I had my teeth cleaned! Made me feel so comfortable being a single mom, I take my baby most places so this was very much appreciated. More

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment but waited about 45 minutes. Book early to allow for delays! The waiting room is nice, but the music was not to my liking, and it was way too loud, so much so that I couldn't understand the receptionist when she asked me questions. Luckily I got Crystal for my cleaning, and she was VERY good. She understood my anxiety about waiting and was very kind and speedy in her work. Dr. G was also very nice and thorough. More

I always receive excellent care at the Terrell location, but my visit yesterday 5/2, I want to brag on the Hygienist that cleaned my teeth. She was the best. I don't usually get asked if I have sensitive teeth(which I have very sensitive teeth), she asked and took precautions to make sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole thing. Sorry I did not remember her name, but was not the one that cleaned my teeth the last time. More

However, when we went for my son's initial appointment delta dental was in network, still says in network on our insurance website, yet now they are out of network and we are charged for x-rays and routine cleaning. Communication lacks. The sunglasses and free whitening can't make up for the fact that you can't communicate with your patients. *update we are back in network and communication has changed drastically! You can even book appointments through text! More

Out of all the times I have been to a dentist this has been the most pleasant. All the staff was very polite, courteous and compassionate. I'm always sooo nervous when having to get that needle in my mouth but the assistant who was in the room with me today made me feel so comfortable and even let me hold her hand. Dr. Coco was also very polite and patient and was very gentle and I barely felt it when he numbed my gums and was very gentle when extracting my tooth. I loved this place and don't mind coming back for my 2nd cleaning. More

My only issue is the barrage of reminders they send for me to show up and be on time, but I’ve waited up to 30 minutes after my appointment time to even be called to the back. I’m a firm believer that if I can respect your time, I’m the one paying, so you should respect my time as well. More

The procedure was very comfortable and was done in a timely manner. The only issue was having to wait one hour past my appointment time with absolutely no information while I was waiting. My suggestion is to make sure that in the case of a long waiting period in the lobby, to just inform the patient. I would have understood and everyone knows that things happen sometimes. But to not have any information was inconsiderate to me and my time. This would have given me reassurance that I had not been forgotten. Very simple remedy in my opinion. I will still recommend your office to my friends as I was pleased with the procedure and the staff there. More

The staff is always so friendly. They don’t make you feel like just a patient. The doctor and hygienist make you feel like a friend. Taking x-rays is never fun but the hygienist try’s to work quickly. The Terrell location is the best. Oh and let me not forget Dr. Coco! He performed a root canal on my tooth with a full crown without damaging it! Not only is he talented and experienced he is funny and showed no fear to what I thought was a root canal challenge! Damage to the crown was my worst fear!!! 2 thumbs up for the Terrell location!!! More

Took both of my kiddos here (ages 6&10). My little one ended up having a cavity but they wouldn't fill it there instead we were referred elsewhere. The dentist seemed uninterested and was in the room very briefly. He said he was covering for the usual dentist. I suppose that is why he had no interest in his patients. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars was because of their hygienist Victoria. She was absolutely marvelous!!! Great with kids! I'm willing to give this place another try. Hopefully we get to see the regular dentist next time. I will update my review then. Mint dentistry I really hope you know and appreciate Victoria, she is the reason why you are keeping clients! I had a cleaning with the hygienist Victoria and I have never left a dentist office with my teeth feeling so clean. The dental assistants Amanda and kailey were very friendly. Amanda took my xrays and i have a horrible gag reflux and she made it an absolute breeze. Kailey seated me and turned on my massaging chair and my favorite show. The front desk staff make the insurance process a breeze haley and Shelby answer all questions. Almost forgot my goodie bag and Lindsay was on top of it! She ran to the back and made sure I left with everything. Highly recommend. More

I just felt a lack of concern for the reason I came in. He Didn’t really ask any questions about my concerns I stated the entire visit, (that Victoria and Amanda acknowledged and attended to!). I had to bring all of my concerns to his attention. It didn’t make me feel like he really cared that much to address them as a doctor should. But my overall experience was pretty much enjoyable I just hope I can get a friendlier doctor next time. More

My dentist took her time with my deep clean which culminated in the removal of years of stains and plaque. I was shocked because I didn’t think my teeth would come clean without many trips to the dentist. The lady who cleaned my teeth and made my whitening trays was fantastic! And then the dentist himself was super thorough and informative about my short rooted tooth. I scheduled and appointment to remove my last to wisdom teeth and normally I would avoid that but it was so nice to be able to go inside and wait in the waiting room and not feel like a burden to any of the staff! The staff was amazing as soon as I walked in to the Terrell location. I feel like I was at a five-star hotel from massaging chairs too having Netflix and choosing my own show was amazing 😉. I've been to many other dentist offices that were terrible. The MINT Dentistry Terrell location is amazing! Dr. Coco and the ENTIRE staff are absolutely unmatched. They all have the best beside manner and make you feel at ease. Everything is explained in detail. (And if you have a panic attach everytime you go to the dentist like me.)
